I am juvenile diabetic?now i am 26 yrs old unmarried girl. i have problem i have vaginal fungal infection since i became diabetic.idoctors gave me canesten cream and travacort and antifungal tablet.now i used canesten cream twice a day. but not tabletes.is this fine ? and how it will remain?

Hello there, and thank you so much for reading this Okay so first things first i am a diabetic diagnosed at the age of 12. Im 16 yrs old, about a good 165lbs, 5'3ft tall not really sure if this helps and i am struggling to get my blood sugar levels under control as well as my weight I've been to my doctor recently and she's constantly telling me i need to exercise more. Lately, I've been jogging or fast paced walking on a treadmill for 30 min each day at around 3 mphI would like to know if this enough exercise for me or do i need to do more work.Also, i would love to know if any other diabetics have lost weight by actual exercise. I would love to hear some stories to get me motivated Additional details I absolutely DO NOT want to resort to weight loss pills. I have heard they are unsafe and only result in making your weight worse. My closest friend tried them and she tried selling me some.I started cutting down on fats and sweets as well as my portions. Also, since im using a treadmill, do I need running shoes? I've been running in my Converse lately and find my ankles hurting after I exercise.And finally, any tips on how to control your blood sugar levels? Oh, and my chorestrol levels are on the bad side right now If you could give me some tips on how to lower them down besides eating cherrios that would be very kind of you Thank You so much to anyone who answers my question This would certainly help me alot and hopefully help me to have a more healthier lifestyle and p.s im sorry i wrote so much

she died in 1986 at 34 ..she didnt really take good care of herself like she should of..I was 16 it was alot of stress.....but what are my chances of getting diabetes now as an adult....I have had gestational diabetes with 1 last child?
