Frosted mini wheats ok (gestational diabetic)?
i love mini wheats n im following this diet menu saying to only consume 42 carbs for breakfast. frosted mini wheats little bites are 46 carbs per serving. i read somewhere that the sugar content was too high but if i jus divide the serving in half, will that be ok? this is my first pregnancy n i never had this before. HELP when i woke up it was 79mg, then i ate that for breakfast and tested again 2 hours later n it said 56mg...idk wats going on
