Diabetic Mommy?!?!?! Advice?
Im 15 almost 16. I am type 1 diabetic and I go to the diabetes camps almost every summer. We talked about diabetics having kids. Not any time soon but when I get married and stuff I really do want a child. I am terrified to have one though for the baby's sake and I am afraid of what could happen to me. Idk if I could die or if the baby could die. I am mostly afraid of something going wrong and the baby not having a mother. Like I said I don't want kids any time soon I'm only 15. But is there any diabetic mommy's out there that could tell me advice for the future and what the risks are.C Dog Ya me and my boyfriend have been going together for a while now and he's type 1 also. We do want a life together and have talked about kids and wondered the risks.
