Is there any where i can find free weekly diabetic menus,i do better following a weekly menu?

I'm looking for diabetic menus and times.?
I'm pretty thin so not lookng to lose weight but am suddenly feeling really funny bad when I eat too many carbs, too much salt or don't drink enough water. I am getting tested for diabetes. It runs in my family and I'd like to avoid that awful, scary, funny feeling I get sometimes. Any help appreciated.
Do you know of any good sites for diabetic menus/recipes?
My father has just been diagnosed as a borderline diabetic. He is about 30 pounds overweight and has been told losing weight would reverse the diabetes. However, he and my mom are having trouble creating a menu plan using guidelines aimed for diabetics. I would like to give them some sites to help out. Something free would be ideal as they are both retired.
Does anyone know of a website where I can get diabetic menus without having to get a bunch of unwanted emails?
I have paid for a couple of sites and got only minimal ideas for menus. I have also been to several free sites registered and had to sign up to get daily and weekly emails only to have to sort through an abundance of email to get once again minimal information.

my fiances diatbetes has gotten worse due to the way he eats he eats out alot and now i am cracking down on him i need to know a good website with diabetic menus. can you please help. Any other advice you have for me on the subject would also be greatly appriciated.Thank youI realize i am not his mother and eating out isnt all that bad but........ when you eat wendys at least 5 days a week it is very unhealthy. i ate fast food mabey twice a month before i met him. 1 year after meeting him and going out to eat all the time and i ate small regular portions never over eating i gained 40 lbs yes in one year.
