What type of food diabetic diets?
what type of food is in a diabetic diet and how do you prepare food for diabetic meals
Pre-diabetic diet..looking for pasta and bran cereal e-z on sugars, carbs?
HiTold I need to watch my carbs and sugars due to pre diabetic blood test results. I am using wheat pasta now, but cannot find a low carb, low sugar pasta sauce red sauce . Also, looking for a bran cereal ok for pre diabetics. Please mention brand names if you suggest. Natuarally, the pre diabetic diets do not for obvious reasons.Thanks for any help
