I was at the book store and noticed all these diabetic cook books and a diabetic dessert book. I have a friend that is diabetic, she comes over and has dinner at my place once a month. She loves my chocolate cake and she begs me to make it, but I feel awful that she can only eat a little wedge of cake. Instead of a bigger slice like others that come to join me for dinner.So if I do purchase this book will she be able to have a bigger piece of cake than usual without causing her sugar to go up?
