Im looking for ideas for diabetic breakfast at work. I desperately need more energy!?
I want to lose weight, but more importantly I really need my sugar under control. I start getting REALLY tired about 2 hours after eating breakfast. I've been having headaches which I know is caused by my blood sugar cause I am having difficulty finding what works for me.Just to help out, I am allergic to yogurt and oatmeal isn't an option. I cant keep it hot because I am eating off an on for about 30 minutes. I work at a hotel so its in between check outs . THANK YOU for your ideas
